Beeple is back with his latest NFT

Beeple, the famous NFT artist who has previously sold an NFT collection called EVERYDAYS: THE FIRST 500 DAYs" for a record $69 Million at Christie's auction this year, is back again with a $28.9 Million sale for a hybrid physical and digital work. This is the second-largest sum paid for an NFT.
What's the NFT about: This NFT is called HUMAN ONE, a 3D moving sculpture depicting a person in a Spacesuit moving through different climates.

Christie's gained an additional $3.9 million on top of $29 Million for the buyer's premium. A former venture partner at Olaf Carlson-Wee's Polychain Capital Ryan Zurrer claimed the winning bid.

HUMAN ONE is the first physical piece of art from Michael Winkelmann, widely known as Beeple. His "EVERYDAYS" was the one that got NFT's into mainstream conversation and propelled the industry. Many athletes and artists are keeping busy cashing in on the trend. Trading volume for the digital tokens extended past $10 billion in the third quarter, a year-over-year increase of 38,000%.
